铁路危险品装卸作业对工人健康影响研究

摘　　要：对铁路危险品装卸作业场所空气毒物进行了测定，并对作业工人进行了体检。结果表明，危险品用优质包装较之普通包装空气毒物浓度下降３～９倍，机械装卸较之手工装卸空气毒物浓度下降２倍多，危险品装卸工与对照组相比，血清ＰＡ含量明显下降，外周血淋巴细胞微核显著增高。神经传导速度表现为正中神经ＭＣＶ、近端ＳＣＶ，尺神经近端ＳＣＶ明显降低。Air poisons of dangerous goods in the field of railway station were determined, and the physical examination of loaders had been done. Results showed that the air poisons' concentration of the goods with high quality package decreased 3 to 9 times compared with the general package,and the mechanical loading and unloading style decreased 2 times more than manual style.Compared with the control group,content of the serum PA and lymphocytic micronucleus of peripheral blood is significantly lower and higher respectively.Nerve conduction velocities of MCV of median nerve,near end SCV and near end SCV of ulnar decreased significantly.
