摘  要:磺化钻井液体系广泛地用于国内油气田的深井高温地层钻井,但其滤液因是多种复杂物质的混合物,用化学分析方法不易确定其浓度。该体系的稀释剂SMC是复杂混合物,处理剂SMK、SMP虽然化学成分比较单纯,但也不能用化学法简单快速地测定其浓度。通过用分光光度法研究pH值、温度及恒温时间对SMC、SMK、SMP溶液的光吸收曲线的影响,建立了在一定pH值和温度条件下用分光光度法快速测定其各自浓度的方法,并应用于钻井液造成地层伤害的机理的实验研究中。该方法的应用在一定范围内不受pH值和低于100℃的温度的影响,但在有Ca(2+)、Mg(2+)存在的条件下,不能用该方法测定滤液及SMP溶液的浓度。Sulfonated drilling fluid system is widely applied to drilling deep wells in high temperature formation in the oil-gas fields at home. But the concentrstions of the fluids are not easy determined by chemical analysis method as most of their filtrates are the mixtures with several kinds of complex substances. The diluent SMC of the system is complex mixture. Although the chemiCal competions of the additlves SMK,SMP are simplex, the concentrations can not be determined quickly. by chemical method. Through studying the influences of pH, temperature and constant temperature time on optical-absorption curve of SMC, SMK and SMP solutions, a method of quickly determining the solutions by spetrophotomctry in certain conditions of pH and temperature is set up and is applied to the experiment research of the formation damage mechanism caused by drilling fluids. The method is not influence by pH in certain range and in the condition when temperature is < 100℃. But it is unavailable for determining filtrates and concentration of SMP solution in the condition of existing Ca2+ and Mg2+.
