摘  要:天然气开发生产是一个系统工程.各个环节必须服从天然气生产这个总的目标和总体效益增长。四川天然气生产有相当长的历史,积累了许多经验,但开采工艺却是整个系统工程中的薄弱环节。近年来,开采工艺面临的形势相当严峻:原有的开采系统不适应“东气西调”的格局;有水气田大部分进入开发中后期,工艺难度加大;储量增长中有相当一部分是低渗储量;含硫气田比例增加,腐蚀日趋严重。因而必须进一步解放思想,转变观念,坚持改革开放,依靠科技进步,首先解决好几个认识问题:①早期介入.着眼开发.从完井方法起.抓好前期、程质量;②发挥每井每层的潜力,提高措施的有效率,达到提高单井产量、采气指数和采收率的了强调作业增产量和有效期,延长油气井寿命,减少无功作业;④重视薄弱和关键环节,投入从整体效益考虑;⑤实事求是.切合实情,不贪大求全,不生搬硬套,创自己的模式。其次,要从整体着眼,发展技术,实现配套,分层次解决关键技术:①弄清气层能力.加强气藏表征描述,有效保护气层,提高措施针对性,实现少井高产;②立足多产层,研究新技术.按一定思路和步骤,解决单管分采、双管分采工艺.实现单井高产;③组织重点攻关,减缓气井腐蚀;④立足排水采气,改善开发状态。文章最后?In recent years, the gas production technologies are facing the troubles such as the present production system is not suited to the situation of transfering the stress to east areal most of the gas fields with water are in the middle-later periods and with more difficulties of production ; a lot of reserves are the ones with low permeability ; the proportion of sulfur-bearing gas fields is rising to cause serious corrosion. The measures of solving the troubles i. e.. ①finding out the capacity of gas formation,Strengthening the feature description of gas reservoirs .protecting gas formation effectively, realizing more production with less wells;②researching new technologies on the base of high production formation, perfecting the technology of respectively producing with single string or dual string in accordance with certain train of thought and steps, achieving high production with single well;③organizing and finishing the key tasks, slowing the corrosion of gas wells;④improving the developerment states based on drainage gas recovery are proposed out.
