摘  要:文章介绍渤海辽东湾SZ36—1油田实验区AI平台丛式并钻井工程概况。该平台钻16口井,用231天累计进尺31000m。钻完16口丛式定向并全部安全、顺利,并且中靶率和固并质量一次合格率均达100%,比原计划提前169天完成生产任务,为国家节约资金2800多万元。AI平台在疏松表层造斜,井眼轨迹控制,应用钻井新工艺、新技术提高钻井效率,降低昂贵的海上钻井成本等方面,取得了长足进步。文中还分析和总结了该平台在应用顶部驱动、MWD、导向钻井系统等钻井新技术以及工程上如何提高钻井速度、保证质量的一些方法和措施,为今后海上油田重点工程的开发和建设以及丛式井、定向井技术的进一步推广和应用,提供了极好的借鉴和成功的经验。The cluster drilling engineering general situation of platform AI in the experiment area of oil field SZ 36-1, Liaodong Bay is introduced.16 cluster directional wells,having 31 000 m of accumulated footage,have been drilled safely and successfully with the platform in 231 days.Hitting target rate and primary qualification rate of cement job quality have achieved 100%, meeting the production task 169 days ahead of the original plan time and saving 2 800 yuan. Platform AI has made a great progress in the aspects of loose surface layer detecting,hole trajectory control,raising well-drilling effeciency by new technology,reducing costs etc.Drilling new techniques of top drive,MWD,steerable drilling system etc.and some measures how to raise well-drilling speed and guarantee quality are analysed and summarized to provide successful experiences for the development and construction of offshore key enineering and the further spread and application of cluster directional drilling techniques.
