摘  要:研究了有机磷农药净地灵对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P450、细胞色素b5、苯胺羟化酶及全血胆碱酯酶活性的影响。结果表明:以净地灵1mg/kg灌胃,每天1次,连续1周后,对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P450有明显抑制作用,对细胞色素b5和苯胺羟化酶无显著影响。大鼠按净地灵1mg/kg经口1次授药后,对全血胆碱酯酶活性影响的时相效应表明,其最大抑制作用是在授药后2h,授药后24h胆碱酯酶活性基本恢复至正常水平。根据在亚慢性实验中期(45d)和结束时(90d)分别测定各组动物全血胆碱酯酶活性的结果,表明该农药对大鼠的最大无作用剂量为0.05mg/kg。The effects of organophosphorus insecticide fortress on the activity of liver microsomal enzymes and whole blood choline esterase in rats were studied.The results show that cytochrome P450 content was decreased to 75% of the control value when fortress was administered by gastric intubation once a day(1 mg/kg)for 7 days.No change in cytochrome b5 content and amiline hydroxylase activity were seen.The time course of inhibition of whole blood choline esterase(ChE)was evaluated in rats by gastric inubation of a single dose of fortress(1 mg/kg).Maximal activity(32%decrease)was seen 2 h after treatment.The level of ChE activity retuned to its original level 24 h after treatment.Accroding to the result of chronic toxicity test the maximal no-observed effect level of fortress was 0.05 mg/kg for male and female rats.
