摘 要:本文研制了4种固定化微生物反应器。用于水胺硫磷的降解效果表明,从优至劣的顺序为:①固定化微生物薄膜式转盘;②多层筛板塔式反应器;③活性污泥粘附式转盘;④多层跌落式反应器。文中还对固定化微生物薄膜式转盘的盘片数量及供氧情况进行了研究。如果盘片数量为9,当进水化学需氧量(CODcr)为3132mg/L时,在20℃下降解24h,其CODcr去除率达86%。In this paper, four kinds of reactors of immobilized microorganism have been compared.The degrading effects for l9ocarbophos showed that the best reactor is the membranous rotating disc of immobilized microorganism.Next comes multistage sieve-plate column followed by the adhesion rotating disc of active sludge and then multi-stage dropping reactor.The suitable number of discs and oxygenating condition on the membranous rotating disc of immobilized microorganism were also studied.The results showed that when the disc number was 9,the initial chemical oxygen demand(CODcr) of water sample was 3 132 mg/L and the sample was degraded at 20℃ for 24 h, the removal rate of CODcr could reach 86%.
