摘　　要：简便快速极敏感的一种免疫组化染色法──ＳＡＢＣ法孙幼芳，余景瑞武汉铁路中心医院病理科４３００６４王凡英武汉铁路成人卫校４３００６４ＡＩｍｍｕｎｏｈｉｓｔｏｃｈｅｍｉｓｔｒｙｏｆＣｏｎｖｅｎｉｅｎｔＲａｐｉｄａｎｄＥｘｔｒｅｍｅｌｙＳｅｎｓｉｔｉｖｅ－...We have compared threeimmunohistochemical methods: SABC, S- Pand ABC using eleven primary antibodies(cytokeration , PSA , GFAP etc ). The resultsshow that the SABC has the followingfeatures : extremely sensitive , lowbackground , rapid ,convenient and stable. Wehave also studies the mechanism for theextreme sensitivity of SABC. It is suggestedthat SABC. It is the most ideal mehod ofimmunohistocheinistry.
