摘　　要：介绍了公用网络完整性的基本概念及其应用,具体描述了与公用网络完整性相关的软件质量与可靠性、阻塞控制和存活性,提出了在设计过程中应注意完整性。This article introduces the fundamental concept of public Network integrity and its applications. It describes software reliability and quality, congestion control, and survivability, which have bearing on Public Network integrity. That the attention must be paid to Public Network integrity in design is proposed.
