卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂19例临床分析

摘　　要：我院自１９８４年１月至１９９２年１２月共收治卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂１９例，占同期子宫内膜异位症住院手术病例的６．４８％。本病特点为围月经期及月经期突发性下腹剧痛，伴有明显腹膜刺激症，但无休克。本病误诊率较高，必须详细询问病史，结合临床特点，加以辅助检查，即能确诊。为预防粘连，提高生育机能，应及时手术；为避免复发，术后应辅以药物治疗。From Jan. 1984 to Dec.1992,19 patients with rupture of a chocolate cyst of the ovary were treated. They accounted for 6. 48%of total cases of endometriosis admitted for laparotomy in the same period. The episode was characterized by the sudden onset of severe lower abdominal pain during pre-menstruation and menstruation, accompanied by signs of marked peritoneal irritation. No shock was observed. It tends to be mis diagnosed. A correct preoperative diagnosis lies in the awareness of the history and recognition of feature of this entity. Operation must be carried out promptly to prevent adhesion and improve fertility. Drug treatment should be initiated to avoid a relapse after operation.
