摘 要:本文介绍了国内外对镀锌高强钢丝及斜缆疲劳性能研究概况,阐述了钢丝拉伸疲劳试验用夹具设计的原则和方法,给出了武汉长江公路桥用钢丝的S-N曲线.文中探讨了钢丝疲劳破坏的机理,指出热镀锌工艺降低了钢丝的疲劳强度;用偏度-峰度法对不同应力水平下的疲劳寿命进行了分析,给出了威布尔分布下的R-S-N曲线和无限寿命时钢丝的疲劳强度与可靠度,为工程设计提供了良好的基础.In this paper, the design principle and method of the gripper used in tensile fatique tests of wires are elucidated, and the S-N curves obtained from fatigue tests of wires, used at the Wuhan Cable-Stayed Bridge, are put forward. The mechanism of fatigue failure is then analyzed and it is found that the fatigue strength of wires will be reduced by use of the heat-immersed galvanizing technology. The fatigue lives at different stress levels are analyzed by the skewness-kurtosis estimating method , the R-S-N curves of the Weibull distribution as well as the fatigue strength and reliability of the wire at infinite life are given which have laid a good foundation for the design of the Wuhan Cable-Stayed Bridge.
