摘　　要：本文提出一种新型脉宽调制单元，它由ＣＭＯＳ逻辑电路构成，文章给出了单元的结构，并阐述了它的功能作用，结合ＳＰＩＣＥ分析，对充电通边的逻辑控制与输出节点电压的上升时间之间的关系，进行了计算机模拟。同时，给出了标准ＣＭＯＳ集成电路制造工艺的技术参数，这种单元可用在智能功率集成电路中，实现脉宽调制技术的数字化结构。A new type of pulse-width-modulation (PWM) unit constructed with CMOS logic circuits is presented in thepaper.The structure of the unit is given and its functions are described.The relationship between the logic controllabilityof the charging passage and the rising time of the voltage at the output terminal has been simulated using SPICE analysis.Process parameters for standard CMOS IC's are also given. The PWM unit can be used in smart power IC' s to makePWM technique become digitalized.
