嗜热链霉菌的一个新种和一个新亚种

摘　　要：在研究太原地区棉籽壳的微生物区系中,从棉籽壳发酵料中经50℃培养分离到5株嗜热链霉菌,经鉴定为嗜热链霉菌的一个新种和一个新亚种:热深蓝紫链霉菌(Streptomycesthermoatrocyaneoviolaceus)、热深蓝紫链霉菌太原亚种(Streptomyces thermoatrocyaneoviola-ceus subsp.taiyuanensis).In the study of microbiological ecology of cottonseed testa from Taiyuanregions, we have isolated five strains of thermophilic Streptomyces at 50℃ fromfermented material of cotton-seed testa. Four of them are identified as a new species, it is named as Streptomyces thermoatrocyaneoviolaceas n. sp. The otheris a new subsp., it is named as Streptomyces thermoatrocyaneovilaceus subsp. tai-yuanensis n. subsp.
