摘 要:在严格质量控制下,采集了北京市中学教师的静脉血和头发及北京市瘁死居民的脏器,研究了血、发及各种脏器镍的背景值。结果表明吸烟及性别对血清镍含量无明显影响。北京市血清镍几何均值为2.64μg/L;95%上限值为14.4μg/L.吸烟对发镍无影响,男性发镍均值为0.13mg/kg,女性为0.21mg/kg(P<0.05),95%上限值分别为0.74mg/kg和1.55mg/kg。不同脏器中镍含量不同,脾、肺含量最高,为0.071mg/kg,肾和心脏含量最低,分别为0.022和0.028mg/kg。分析讨论了血、发和各脏器镍含量间的相关性和其意义。Under strict quality assurance procedure, the studies on the reference value of nickel in blood, hair,nor tissues was carried out. The target populations were middle school teachers and inhabitants who died suddenly. The results indicated that the geometric mean for serum Ni were 2.60μg/L. The 95% upper limit was 14.4μg/L. There was no difference in serum Ni levels between smokers and nonsmokers, nor men and women.The levels of hair Ni were 0.13 mg/kg for men and 0. 21 mg/kg for women. The 95% upper limits were 0.74 and 1. 55 mg/kg, respectively. The levels of Ni were different in organs. Lung had the highest value (0.071 mg/kg),kidney and heart had the lowest levels, 0.022 and 0.028 mg/kg, respectively. The relationshipamong blood, hair and organs was analyzed and their biological significance was discussed.
