摘  要:提出了一个用大孔树脂浓集测定源水中腐殖酸(HA)含量的简易方法,并用该法分析上海市及一些城市源水中腐殖酸,探讨了它与自来水中致突变活性之间的关系,同时分析了上海市源水中腐殖酸含量的季节变化。A simplified method for determination of humic acid (HA) in raw water using Amberlite XAD-8 was presented.(1) Concentration of humic acid in raw water in Shanghai and some other cities were analyzed using this method. Relation between HA concentration in raw water and mutagenic activity in tap water was compared. Seasonal variation of HA concentration was described. (2) The recovery is about 80%, CV is 4%.That relation supports the conclusion, which was made before by author, the major source of mutagenicity after chlorination of raw water in China is not HA as mentioned in paper abroad, but some components in municipal and industrial waste water.
