摘  要:通过对小白鼠用药组及对照组,临床用药前后观察氟尿嘧啶对小白鼠肠系膜及人甲襞微循环的影响,发现氟尿嘧啶能扩张微血管、增加渗出及红细胞逸出,使血流减慢、肿瘤组织中药物经血管交换增多,并能造成肿瘤细胞乏氧,增加增敏剂的疗效,增加某些抗癌药的细胞毒性作用。说明氟尿嘧啶在抗癌及影响肿瘤组织微循环的同时也影响正常组织微循环。通过化疗药对微循环影响的研究,有助临床联合用药及多方式治疗,有助于寻找更有效的化疗方案,以减少化疗药对正常组织微循环生理功能的影响。Effects of 5-Fluorouracil(5-Fu) on mesenteric microcirculation of white mice and on nailfold microcirculation in patients were observed by means of a medicated group of white mice.a control group of white mice.and a group of patients both before and after taking the medicine.Results showed that 5-Fu could dilated micrangium,increased exudation,caused diapedesis decreased the velocity of blood flow,increased drug in the tumor tissue,and also given rised to tumor cell oxygen deficit,increased the curative effects of sensitivity enhancing agent and increased the effect of cytotoxicity of some antineoplastic asent.It indicate that 5-Fu influences the normal tissue microcirculation at the same time of influencing the tumor tissue microcirculation.To study the effects of chemotherapeutic drug upon the microcirculation would helped to select more effective chemotherapeutic program so as to reduce the effects of chemotherapeutic drug upon the physiological function of normal tissue microcirculation.
