甲襞微循环对心脏直视手术的监护作用

摘  要:在体外循环心脏直视手术的过程中,甲襞管袢数目明显减少,管袢内血液流速逐渐减慢;心脏直视手术完成以后,甲襞管袢数目的恢复早于血液流速的恢复。甲襞管袢微血管自律运动性存在于手术的整个过程中。提示:甲襞微循环的观测是体外循环心脏直视手术过程中了解末梢循环灌注的最直观的监测指标。Number of the capillary-loops of the nailfold microcirculation was decreased immediately, the velocity of blood flow in capillary-loops was decreased gradually, during the open heart operation with extracorporeal circulation. Resuciation of number of the capillary-loops of the patients was earlier than the resumeing of velocity of blood flow after operation.The vasomotion of the capillary-loops existed continuously durins the process of the anesthesia and the operation. It was pointed out, the observe of the nailfold microcirculation is the most direct monitor index understanding the state of circulatory ending of the patients during the open heart operation with extracorporeal circulation.
