几种筋伤手法治疗与外周微循环的关系

摘　　要：８０例筋伤（颈椎病４８例，第三腰椎横突综合征２０例，梨状肌综合征１２例）行中医手法治疗前后的微循环检测并以健康人３０例为对照组。结果发现，患病组治疗前与对照组总积分值比较有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗前与治疗后２４ｈ总积分值无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗前与治疗后１周总积分值有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。同时讨论了手法治疗筋伤的机理及操作要领。cases of tendon trauma patients underwent manipulation therapy were reported , including 48 cases of cervical Spondylopatly , 20 cases of the third Lembal Vertelral Tranverse Process Syndrome and 12 cases of piriformis syndrome. The Peripheral Microcirculatory status were examined and marked in patients mentioned above as well as the control group of 30 healthy marks of patients and control group were significantly different before manipulation (P<0. 01 . The changes of marks (in patients )during the first 24 hours after manipulation were not so prominant (P< 0 . 05) . Wheraes becoming much different till one week later (P<0 . 05～ 0 . 01 ) . The Mechanism and precedures of manipulation were discussed in detail .
