53例妊娠高血压综合征伴高粘血征的血液、生化指标分析

摘　　要：对５３例妊娠高血压伴高粘血征患者的血液、生化指标进行了探讨。结果显示：①５３例妊高征患者约７７．３６％伴有不同程度的高粘血征，并随妊高征程度的增加而增加；②５３例不同程度妊高征患者血液流变诸项指标较非妊高征者有显著性差异；③１２项常用血液、生化指标异常值明显高于非高粘组，尤以血浆纤维蛋白原变化为著。Blood and biochemical indexes of 53 patients with hypertension of pregnancy syndrome companied by high viscosity of blood were studied.The results showed:(1) In 53 patients, 77. 36% were companied by high viscosity of blood. with increasing with the increase of the extent of hypertension of pregnancy.(2) There were more significant differences in all indexes of hemorheology of 53 patients with hypertension of pregnancy of different degrees than in those of non-hypertension of pergnancy patients.(3) High viscosity of blood group were obviously higher than the non-high viscosity of blood one in normal values of 12 common blood biochemical indexes, especially the change of plasma fibrinogen.
