摘 要:研究了沙漠尘对肺巨噬细胞的体外毒性,并进行整体动物肺灌洗实验和慢性致纤维化实验研究,发现沙漠尘细胞毒性明显弱于石英尘;灌洗液生化指标与染毒剂量之间存在一定的剂量反应关系;染尘动物早期可见粉尘在肺组织中沉积并有多核细胞反应,后期则以在粉尘周围单核细胞数量增加为主,未见明显胶原纤维增生。结果表明,沙漠尘毒性特别是致纤维化作用较弱。In order to evaluate the cytotoxicity and its fibrogenicity ability of Takelaagan desert dust(containing 38.3% SiO2),bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL),lavage(BAL),alveolar macrophage culture and whole animal studies were carried out in rats.The correlation of doses(1.5,7.5,15,30 and 60mg/kg)and biochemical indicators in BAL was found at 24hr after rats injected with desert and quart dust intratracheally.The fibrogenicity stuby also suggested that histopathological changes were dispositions of desert dust in lung accomplished by polykaryocyte responses at the early stage.The accumulation of monocyte around dust in lung was observed at the later stage but no evidence of fibrosis was found.These results indicate that desert dust has some cytotoxicity but comparison with quartz,its fibrogenicity effects are weak.
