摘　　要：调查４个工厂７４名丙烯酰胺作业工人，其结果为：手足多汗占７２．９％，肢端痛觉减退占２５．７％，肢端触觉减退占２５。７％，肢端音叉振动觉减退占１０．８％；经振动仪测定有３２例（４３．２％）呈减退。跟腱反射消失有８．１１％。诊断轻度丙烯酰胺中毒患者１６人，患病率为２１．６％。workers exposed to acrylamide were examined.On examination,excessive sweating of hands and feet was seen in 72.9%of the acrylamide workers, Impairment of pain(25.7%), touch(25.7%)and vibration (10.8%)sensation was prominent in the distal part of lower Limbs and hands.32 cases(43.2%)of the same acrylamide workers detected by a vibration Ⅱvibration sensitivity test showed an increase of vibration threshold.Loss of ankle reflexes was found in 6(8.1%)acrylamide workers.The results showed 16 cases were diagnosed mild acrylamide poisoning.The prevalence of occupational acrylamide Poisoning was 21.6%.
