摘　　要：报道了镉锰铅锌滤膜标准物质研制过程中的质量保证措施，包括标准溶液的制备及其校验，滤膜本底值的检验，微量加液器的重复性检验和加标准溶液过程中的质量控制。在研制滤膜标准物质过程中，所用滤膜本底值的一致性和加标的均匀准确，是确保所研制标准物质均匀性和量值准确性的关键。Measures for quality assurance in the process of developing of certified reference material(CRE) of Cd,Mn,Pb and Zn on filter media were described.The measures include preparing and checking standard spiking solution,assaying the background of filter media,confirming reproducibility of standard added with micropipe,and checking analytical methods for certifying values.In preparing CRE of metals on filter,reproducibility and accuracy of spiking operation and homogeneity of background values of filters used were the key points to enssure the homogeneity of the certified reference materials and the accuracy of certified values.
