钩端螺旋体病患者血清Mb和β_2一MG测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：应用放射免疫法测定４９例钩端螺旋体病患者血清肌红蛋白（Ｍｂ）和β２一微球蛋白（β２一ＭＧ）的变化。结果发现钧端螺旋体病患者血清Ｍｂ和β２一ＭＧ显著高于对照组，其中２ｌ例合并心电图改变者血清Ｍｂ明显高于无改变者，１４例合并肾功能损害者β２一ＭＧ显著高于无损害者。he levels of serum myoglob(Mb)andβ2一miciroglobulin(β2一MG) were determined by ra-dioimmunoassay in 49 patients with leptospirosis. The results showed that the mean serum Mb(168.94±18.62mg/L and β2一Mg (3.40±0.19mg/L)levels in patients with leptospirosis were significantly higher than that in control patients(76. 23 ±11.85mg/L,2.42±0.18mg/L)(t=3.621,t=3.488;P<0.01),of which the mean serum Mb lecels in 2l patients with electrocar-diogram change(2ll. 82±3l.02mg/L)were significantly higher than that in patients withoutelectrocardiogram change (13.73±21.32mg/L)(t=2.062,P<0.05), and the mean serum β2一MG Ievels in l4 patients with renal damage(3.87±0.42mg/L)were significantly higher tham that in patients without renal damage(3.22±0.20mg/L)(t=4.933, P<0.01).
