摘 要:试验研究先后在一片滤布过滤装置和一条一米长滤袋的袋式除尘器中分段进行。声源分别采用电磁扬声器和气动喇叭。通过改变声波的频率、声压、气布比和滤袋材质,观察了单独反吹清灰和声波辅助反吹清灰的试验结果。试验表明,声波能有效地降低滤袋的残余阻力和残留粉尘量。The experimental investigation program was carried out in two stages with the first stage performing on a cloth patch sample while on a filter bag of one meter in length for the second stage.The acoustic sources comprise an electronic sine wave generator or a loud speaker and a pneumatic diaphragm horn,by varying the frequency generated,sound pressure,air-to-cloth ratio and the filtering medium,the results have been achieved for reverse-air alone and reverse-air/sonic cleaning.The results demonstrate that the reverse-air/sonic clearing is effective in reduction of residual pressure drop and residual dust cake mass.
