Most of the interest has been Shown in the study of Characteristics of the fundamental' mode. Recently,however,in some applications the antennas are required to operate at higher order moder. The efficient use of higher order modes requires the knowledge of the Characteristics of higher order modes. It is the purpose of this paper to present a full--wave analysis of characteristics of higher order modes of the antenns. The method of the analysis is based on Galerkln's method applied in the Hankel transform domain.
