摘　　要：本文提出了弹簧织针针尖几何形状的飞像检测方法,设计了自动检测系统并作了误差分析。试验研究表明,本文提出的检测方法和系统对针尖的长度和直径测量精度均达到纺织部技术标准。In this paper,a flying image method for measuring the pinpoint geome- try of spring weaving pins is presented,an automatic measuring system designed and an er- ror analysis conducted.The experimental study has shown that,with the measuring method and system presented in the paper,the measuring precision of length and diameter all come up to technical standard.
