心肌炎和心肌病心内膜心肌活检病理改变的初步观察

摘　　要：对１２例小儿心脏病患者的心内膜心肌活检（ＥｎｄｏｍｙｏｃａｒｄｉａｌＢｉｏｐｓｉｅｓ，ＥＭＢ）标本进行了病理组织学、免疫组织化学及超微结构的观察，并结合临床表现，７例诊断为心肌病，４例诊断为心肌炎，１例未见明显变化。由此可见，心肌病变时ＥＭＢ是一种很有价值的检查方法，而病理形态学的改变为心肌炎和心肌病的诊断提供了更为直接的证据。The pathological, immunohistochemical and ultrastructural changes in endomyocardial biopsies(EMB) in 12 children with heart disease were observed. The results showed that seven cases were diagnosed as having cardio myopathy and four cases as having myocarditis. It is indicated that endomyocardial biopsy is a useful examination for cardiomyopathy. The pathomorphological changes can provide direct proof for diagnosis of myocarditis and cardiomyopathy.
