钼钴对铸铁短纤维烧结体组织与性能的影响

摘  要:本文研究了合金元素钼、钴对铸铁短纤维烧结体组织与性能的影响。钼使烧结体密度下降,孔隙率升高,组织由珠光体加铁素体变成贝氏体;当钼含量达到1.0%wt时,烧结体强度达到最大值1100MPa。钴明显加速烧结体致密化过程,提高了烧结体密度,组织中的铁素体随钴含量的增加而增加,当钴含量为3%时。The effects of elements Mo,Co on the microstructure and properties of sintered compacts of short cast iron fibers have been studied in this paper. Addition of Mo decreased density ,increased the porosity of sintered compact and caused the change from pearlite + ferrite to bainite in microstructure. When Mo content was 1. 0% wt, the strength of sintered compact reached the maxium 1100MPa. Addition of Co enhanced the densification of sintered compact obviously which caused the increase of sintered compact. the content of ferrite in microstructure increased with the increment of Co content. When Co content was 3%, the strength of sintered compact reached the maximum 990MPa.
