摘  要:鉴于原子吸收限附近异常散射强烈,对已有X射线衍射动力学理论作了推广,使它可用于原了散射因数的实虚部绝对值之比为任意值的情况。所作结果表明,推广的理论完全适用于以往动力学理论所研究的情况,并且从对以前未曾研究的情况的考察中得出若干有意义的新结果。Taking the strong anomalous scattering into consideration, this paper has made the extension of the dynamical theory of X-Ray diffraction, so that it is applicable to general cases including the case where the ratio of the two absolute values, i. e. the real part of the atomic scattering factor and the imaginary part, takes arbi-trary value. Based on the present theory, the resuits calculated in both the Bragg case and the Laue case show that the generalized theory not only agree well with originally theoretical predictions, but also provides significant new results from investigating the cases which have not been studied yet.
