摘　　要：运用光致荧光,光调制反射和光电流谱等方法研究了11级的GaAs/AlGaAS Fibonacci准周期超晶格的带间跃迁,并用转移矩阵方法计算了Fibonacci准周期超晶格和相应的周期性超晶格的子能级和子能带.理论计算与实验结果符合得很好.We report in this paper the photoluminescence, photoreflectance modulation spe-ctroscopy and photocurrent spectroscopy of the interband transitions of GaAs/AlGaAs Fibonacci quasiperiodic superlattices. The transfer-matrix method is used to calculate the energy levels or the subbands of the Fibonacci quasiperiodic superlattices and the responding periodic superlattices. The theoretical results confirm our experiments very well.
