摘 要:对正压差条件下顺重力移动床气体-颗粒流与水平埋管的传热特性进行了实验及理论研究。揭示了埋管表面附近气体颗粒局部流动及换热的特点,建立并简化求解了描述移动床气固流与埋管间传热的物理数学模型。结果表明,细颗粒气固移动床的床层颗粒质量流率是影响传热效果的主要因素,压力作用则是通过改变床层颗粒质量流率及气体渗流率和热容来影响传热的。Experimental study and theoretical analyses on the heat transfer characteristics of a tubeimmersed in the non-fluidized gas-solid moving bed downflow were conducted under positivepressure difference, The local flui-ddynamic and heat transfer behavior of particles and gasesnear the immersed tube were revealed,and a physico-mathematical model which evaluatedthe interaction between the immersed tube and fine particle moving bed was established andapproximately solved.The theoretically calculated resuIts showed that the heat transfer co-efficient between the immersed tube and fine particle moving bed was almost totally attribu-ed to the particle convective,while the pressure affected the heat transfer process throughchanging the solid mass flow rate,gas penetration rate and gas heat capacity in the movingbed.
