板翅式换热器两相流分配特性及实验研究

摘　　要：通过对板翅式换热器两相流分配特性的研究，从理论上分析了不均匀分配的影响因素，实验采用经过静态混合器与不经过静态混合器两种型式，结论是：板翅式换热器内部存在不均匀性；流型对两相流分配有一定影响；数值计算与实验值基本吻合。The effect of maldistribution in plate-fin heat exchanger has been analysed theoretically.Experiments were performed both with static mixer and without static mixer, Conclution is:it does exist maldistribution in plate-fin heat exchanger; the behaviour of the flow is strongly dependent on the flow pattern upstream of the distributor;the numerical simulation results are well consistent with the experiment results
