摘  要:依据作者提出的超临界垂直管圈一次上升水冷壁的水动力计算模型及墙间热负荷分布,进行了不同节流方式下的水动力计算;探讨了不同节流方式对水动力特性的影响,提出了节流方式的优化方案;给出了两级节流方式下水动力计算的主要结果,同时还给出了考虑吸热量增加10%及横向吸热曲线偏斜的恶劣工况下的计算结果,表明以57%负荷率为选择节流圈的基准负荷率,采用两级节流方式能保证水冷壁的安全工作。Based on the program for prediction of the hydrodynamic characteristics of supercriticalboiler with primary riser vertical tube coils and the heat flux distributions predictions of thehydrodynamic characteristics for different throttle schemes were conducted , the influence ofdifferent throttle scheme on the hydrodynamic characteristics was investigated , therefore , anoptimum throttle scheme was presented. The main prediction results were given for two-stepthrottle scheme, at the same time, the prediction results as the heat absorption is assumed toincrease by l0 percentage and as the heat absorption curve with width dimension is assumedto deviate were also given, The conclusion is that the water wall safety can be ensured with57%MCR being the standard design load for two-step throttle scheme.
