离心铸造对白口铁抗冲击磨损性能的影响

摘　　要：通过冲击磨损试验研究了离心铸造白口铁与重力金属型铸造白口铁的抗冲击磨损性能。结果表明，离心铸造白口铁的抗冲击磨损性能高于金属型铸造白口铁，并且在高冲击功条件下尤为显著。Abrasion resistance of centrifugally cast white iron and statically metal--mould castwhite iron has been investigated in this paper by means of impact abrasion test. The results showthat the abrasion resistance of centrifugally cast white iron is higher than that of statically metalmould cast white iron. Moreover, this effect is much more remarkable under higher impactworking conditions.
