摘　　要：为探讨氟骨症合并截瘫的发生机理、研究防治对策,作者通过对30例氟骨症合并截瘫患者的临床特点、X线、生化、肌电图、手术等的观测,对其发生机理与防治对策提出了自己的见解。Paraplegia is the most dangerous complication of skeletal flourosis. For going further into the prevention countermeasure and mechanism of the disease, the authors put forward their newopinions through the research of clinic, X-ray, biochemistry, electrocardiogram and operation on 30 cases of skeletal fluorosis paraplegia.
