摘　　要：阐述了长途电话呼叫时Ｃ＿（４００）交换机记发器９位升１０位电路改进原理，解决了大中城市电话号码升位后Ｃ＿（４００）交换机的长途通话问题。The improvement principle of the increase of digit from 9 to 1 0 in the register for longdistance call in C_(400) system is theoretically discussed,making the call easy in big and moderate cities。
