梳棉机锡林盖板工作区内梳理力脉冲分布的测试与分析

摘　　要：运用电测技术对锡林、盖板工作区内梳理力脉冲进行测试分析．找出了其分布变化规律，提出了梳理力脉冲信号处理分析的新方法．测试结果表明，盖板对纤维束的抓取存在着不连续性，梳理负荷在工作盖板上的分布极不均匀，前三根盖板上的梳理负荷占总梳理负荷的５０％以上．y the means of electronic measurement technology,the pulse carding force in the cylinder-Plate zone of carding machine is systematically measured and analysed.Carding force distribution Pattern in the zone is described with detail and some methods on handling the Pulse force signals are proposed.The measuring result shows that there are some kinds of non-continuity when plates catch fiber tufts,the distribution of the carding loud on the plates in cylinder-plate zone is extremely uneven and the total Carding load on the first three plates accounts for more than 50% of the total carding load in the whole cylinder-plate zone.
