摘  要:采用一种新的实验测试方法研究织物增强复合材料层合板的层间剪切强度,对该测试方法作了理论分析并建立了数学模型.提出了织物增强复合材料层合板中基体层间铆接的存在.采用不同经纬密度的织物作增强材料,研究了铆接与层间剪切强度的关系.为织物增强复合材料的细观力学设计提供了依据.In this Paper a new experimental method was adopted to study LLSS of 2-D wovenreinforced laminated compeites and its mathematical formula has been established by theoreticalanalysis.We Put forward the existence of interlaminated matrix rivetting of 2-D woven-reinforcedlaminated composites.The relation between rivetting and LLSS was studied by adopting 2-D wovenwith varied Pick density and warp density to be reinforced materials. The experimental results wereanalysed aam discussed.It will provide valuable basis for micromechanics design of 2-D woven-reinfored composites.
