摘　　要：试制了一种无损检测的电阻应变片式水果坚实度计，并比较了苹果坚实度无损测量方法与普通有损测量方法的精度。A fruit firmness meter with resistance strain gauge was developed with the method of non-destrutive technique. The presision of non-destructive method was compared with that of the conventional destructive method in the apple firmness mea-surement.
