幼龄家牦牛及野、家牦牛的杂种公牛血液中INS、P_4、T、LH、17β—E_2

摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析法对幼龄耗牛及其杂种公牛一昼夜血液中胰岛素（ＩＮＳ）、孕酮（Ｐ_４）、睾酮（Ｔ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、雌二醇（１７β—Ｅ_２）的含量变化进行了研究，并对昼夜间激素含量进行ｔ检验，对杂交组合或各类型间各激素含量进行单因子方差分析。结果表明，１／２野牛与１／４野牛ＩＮＳ含量差异极显著；１／２野牛与家牦牛差异显著；家牦牛与３／４野牛差异极显著；家牦牛与１／４野牛、１／４野牛与３／４野牛差异不显著。３／４野牛Ｐ＿４极显著高于家牦牛、１／２野牛、１／４野牛，其余３个品种差异不及著。１／４野牛Ｔ含量极显著高于３／４野牛、１／２野牛、家牦牛；３／４野牛显著高于家牦牛；３／４野牛与１／２野牛，１／２野牛与家牦牛之间差异均不显著。４个类型或杂交组合间ＬＨ差异不显著。家牦牛、１／２野牛、１／４野牛间１７β—Ｅ＿２差异不及著。Investigation on the changes of serum Insulin 、Progesterone 、 Testosterone、 LH、17β-E_2 for thebull calf of domestic yak and it’s hybrid with wild yak between day and night was made with RIAmethod.The results indicated that it has significant differences for insulin content between 1/2 wildyak and 1/ 4 wild yak and between the domestic yak and 3/4 wild yak respectively and no difference between the domestic yak and 1/4 wild yak and between 1/4 wild yak and 3/4 wild yak respectively.The P_4 content of 3/4 wild yak is much difference from the other three groups. The other three groupshas no difference. The T content of 1/ 4 wild yak has significant difference from the other threegroups, the 3/4 wild yak has marked difference from the domestic yak,it's no difference between 3/4and 1/2 wild yak and between 1/2 wild yak and domestic yak respectively. There isn't any differencefor LH content in four groups. Also the content of 17β-E_2 has no difference between domestic yak ,1/2 wild yak and 1/4 wild yak.
