摘　　要：近年来发展起来的随机扩增多态ＤＮＡ（ＲＡＰＤ）在遗传分析许多方面具有广泛的用途．它可在对物种没有任何分子生物学研究的情况下进行分子多大的检测．本文对ＲＡＰＤ技术在家系分析，居群研究，遗传图构建及基因定位方面的应用进行了综述，对在分析中可能出现的假带，ＲＡＰＤ标记显性等问题进行了讨论，并提出在进行ＲＡＰＤ分析中应该注意的问题。Randoni amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) , a newly developed technique, candetect DNA polymorphisms without any previous molecular biologieal studies. Its applications inpedgree identification , population analysis, establishing of genetic map and identification of markerslinked to target gene are reviewed. Problems concerning the presence artefacts and the dominant natureof RAPD markers etc. are discussed. Sonie propusals for avoiding incorrect results in RAPD analysisare given.
