稻瘟病菌的菌丝融合及其与有性世代形成的关系——云南省稻瘟病菌有性世代研究之六

摘　　要：为了弄清稻瘟病菌菌丝融合及其与有性世代形成的关系,笔者作了同一菌株内菌丝融合的发生频度与其有性世代形成能高低的比较试验、两菌株间菌丝融合的有无与交配时有性世代的有无的比较试验及同一支配型菌株间菌丝融合有无的试验.结果表明:稻瘟病菌的菌丝融合与有性世代的形成是各不相关的,菌丝融合远比有性世代的形成普遍.菌丝融合可发生在同一菌株内,以及相同或是不同交配型的菌株间,而有性世代只能在两个具有较高交配能力的不同交配型菌株交配时才能产生,且自然条件下至今尚未发现.此外,本文还论述了稻瘟病菌菌丝融合的各种形式及细胞核在融合过程中的行动.In order to realize the relations between hyphal fusion and the formation of perfect state of rice blast disease fungus, Pyricularia grisea Sac,authors conducted experiments to compare:1), the frequency of hyphal fusion and its cross fertility within an isolate; 2), the occurrence of hyphal fusion between two isolates and the occurrence of formation of perfect state [and 3) , the occurence of hyphal fusion between the same mating type of isolates. Result revealed that there was no relation between hyphal fusion and its formation of perfect state in rice blast fungus. Hyphal fusion occurred more universally than the formation of perfect state did. Hyphal fusion occurred in the same isolate, but the perfect state occurred only when two different high crossfer-tility mating types of isolates mated,and it was not yet discovered under natural conditions. In addition,this paper also discussed various forms of hyphal fusion in Pyricularia grisea and the nuclear behaviour during the fusion.
