特效烯对小麦临界期干旱的生理调节作用

摘  要:临界期干旱使小麦后期分蘖多成空穗,有效穗数减少,不孕小穗增多,穗粒数减少,产量显著降低。孕穗前叶面喷施植物生长延缓剂特效烯(Tetcyclacis)能显著提高受旱小麦叶片的相对含水量,降低质膜相对透性,从而减轻干旱对膜造成的损伤;同时,通过改善幼德水分状况,降低花粉母细胞减数分裂期幼穗ABA含量,显著提高了花粉的育性和结实率。孕穗前喷施特效烯对小麦临界期干旱有一定的生理调节作用和抗旱增产的效果。In 1991-1992, pot experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of drought during critical moisture period on the wheat,and to evaluate the effects of tetcyclacis spraying before booting stage on the drought-resistance of triticum aestivum L.,cv.80-8 during critical moisture period. Drought treatment during the critical moisture period reduced the yield of wheat by reducing the number of ears per pot and seed number per ear.Tetcyclacis increased pregnant spikelets and grain number by improving fertility of floret. Tetcyclacis significantly increased the water content in leaves,decteased the relative permeability of membrane and mitigated the damage of membrane duing the critical moisture period.All these were beneficial to various physiological activities.Tetcyclacis also caused an increase of water content and a decrease of ABA content in young ears during the meiosis period of pollen mother cells and, furthermore,an increase of percentage of fertile pollen,which produced higher grain set.
