摘 要:研究褐飞虱对马拉硫磷的抗性与其体内酯酶活性关系的结果表明,羧酸酯酶抑制剂TPP对马拉硫磷的增效作用随着褐飞虱对马拉硫磷抗性水平的提高而增加。南宁、筛选F2和筛选F3褐飞虱品系对马拉硫磷的抗性指数依次为13.8、28.3和35.4,TPP对马拉硫磷的增效比值分别为11.0、19.0和30.0。随着褐飞虱对马拉硫磷抗性水平的提高,具有高羧酸酯酶活性的个体频率也随之增加,并且各品系之间的平均羧酸酯酶活性与其对马拉硫磷的抗性水平有正相关关系,r值为0.93。酸性磷酸酯酶在褐飞虱对马拉硫磷的抗性中可能起一定作用,碱性磷酸酯酶则不起作用。The relation between malathion-resistance and esterases in brown planthopper was studied. The results indicated that, with the increase of resistance of brown planthopper to malathion, the synergized action (TPP) of carboxylesterase's increased. The resistance ratios in strains of Nanning, selected F2 selected F3were 13. 8,28. 3 and 35. 4,respectively. The ratios of synergized action of TPP to malathion were 11. 0, 19. 0and 30. 0-folds,respectively. Meanwhile,with the rise of malathion resistance of brown planthopper,the frequency of individuals with high carboxylesterase actvity rose slso,and the malathion-resistance was correlated positively with the carboxylesteraes activity among the three strains, (r=0. 93),Acid phosphatase probably played a role in malathion-resistance of brown planthopper,but the alkiline phosphatase did not.
