摘  要:本文介绍了各类萃取设备的特性及其适用条件。讨论了不同萃取设备用于稀土分离的可行性及其对技术、经济指标带来的影响。选用振动柱作为还原萃取设备,产出了纯度>99.99%的Eu2O3。选用离心萃取器,克服了环烷酸萃取体系粘度大不好分相,操作不稳定的缺点。由于离心萃取器中物料占有量比混合澄清槽小得多,大大降低了P(507)体系中萃取剂的用量,使稀土分离厂的投资大幅度降低。The general features of all kinds of extractors were compared in this paper.The applicability of all kinds of extraction devices and the influence on technological and economic tar- get were studied and the characteristics of separating rare earth elements by solvent extraction were discussed. The super purity Eu203(>99. 99%)was obtained in the process with reciprocating plate col- umn as the main equipment of reducing extraction. The difficulty caused by high viscosity in oper- ating in naphthenic acid(HA)system was overcome,and amount of EHEHPA(P(507))in the equip- ment was greatly reduced by using centrifugal extractor in industrial test facility,All the experi- ments have proved that it is feasible using the centrifugal extractor in the separate extraction of rare earth elements.
