摘 要:本文研究了皂化环烷酸萃取分离La、Y/RE体系的充槽启动方式对体系平衡进程的影响情况,采用计算机模拟方法对该体系的三种不同充料方式从启动到平衡进行动态计算,提出了适于本体系的最佳充槽启动方案。通过以离心萃取器为主体设备的工业规模实验验证,表明对于本体系采用纯La料液充槽启动,不仅可以使水相出口迅速达到分离要求,还得到高浓Y溶液,具有快速、简便的特点,尤其适于本体系采用。This paper investigated the influence of feeding style on the equilibrium process of the separating La、Y/RE system by saponified HA. Three different feeding styles have been simu- lated from operation starting to equilibrium with computer programme. From the results of dy- namic calculation,a best means of feeding was choiced and it was verified by an industrial-scale experiment which was carried out in multistage centrifugal extractors. High purity La solution was fed in the system before operation starting.The experitnental results indicate that the constituents of raffinate reach the separating index rapidly and high concentration solution of Y also can be ob- tained.This means is reliable,time and labor saving,particularly suitable to the separating sys- tem.
