摘 要:本文研究了中钇富镧稀土的氧化物溶液在环烷酸中的萃取行为,测定了镧钇组成、温度变化与分离系数的关系;在P_(507)体系中研究了pH值与分配比的关系;提出用环烷酸、P_(507)两种萃取剂制备高纯钇的工艺流程。用84台φ20mm离心萃取器进行了一个月的台架试验,结果证明两种萃取剂有很好的互补性,在满足钇的纯度要求下有较高收率。离心萃取器具有易分相、体系存留量少、液流密闭性好等优点,它更适宜于粘度大、级数多、产品纯度要求高的体系。This paper studied the behavior of rare earth which contained proper molarity ratio of yttrium and lanthanum,The influence of temperature and mol ratio of Y and La on their separa- tion coefficient was measured in the naphthenic acid isooctanol-kerosene.In the acidic organophosphorous P_(507)-kerosene the relation between pH values and rare earth distribution ratio was studied. Basing on these data,the process flowsheet for producing high purity yttrium by sol- vent extraction with naphthenic acid and P_(507) was presented.It wascarried out in 84 centrifugal extractors ofφ20mm in diameter for one month.Results show that the purity of yttrium is 99.99%and the recovery in the naphthenic acid system is 96%,in the P_(507) is more than 99%,The centrifugal extractor has stronger force to separate organic and aqueous phases and less amount of liquid in the extractor,so it fits for purification and production of rare earth.
