摘 要:本文研究环烷酸—异辛醇—煤油去除高浓稀土溶液中铁、铝杂质的工艺条件。采用调节料液pH值小于1.5的办法克服萃取中形成乳化的现象;测定了稀土、铁、铝在环烷酸和盐酸中的分配比;提出在离心萃取器中用两股有机相进料的简单逆流萃取的工艺流程。实验结果表明工艺参数合理、操作稳定、萃取设备效率高,多次复用的环烷酸对除铁无影响。稀土萃余液中铁含量<2mg/L,稀土损失<1%。The Conditions for removal of Al and Fe from rare earth solution bv solvent ex-traction with naphthenic acid-isooctanol-kerosene were studied.The cause of the emulsion was discussed and adjusting pH value of feed solution to eliminate the emulsion. The distribution ratios of Fe,Al and rare earth were measured.The process flowtheet without scrubbing section and with two organic phase entrances was chosen. During long time running,the flowsheet was feasible and reliable. The centrifugal extractors made of glass fibre with φ20mm had high efficiency. There was no influence on removal of Fe with reusing naphthenic acid.Concentration profiles of Fe,Al,rare earth and hydrogen ion were measured and discussed.Results showed that the parameters of the process flowsheet were reasonable and the recovery of rare earth was greater than 99%,The concentration of iron in the raffinate was less than 2mg/L.
