摘  要:本文详细阐述了新型捕收剂H(316)从包钢强磁中矿中分选稀土精矿的工业生产试验结果。结果表明,H(316)是一种选择性好、配制方法简单、不污染环境的稀土矿物捕收剂。与H(205)相比,稀土精矿产量和回收率均有提高,Na2SiO3用量显著减少,每吨稀土精矿药剂成本降低了44.22元,使稀土选矿技术得到进一步提高。A detail description was made of the results of industral produc tive test of flotation seperating the rare earth concentrate from middling of high intensity magnetic ore in Bao Tou Ore Dressing Plant Iron and Steel company, by a new type collector-H(316). The results showed that H_(316) as a collector of rare earths, has the following advantages: having a high selective, easy preparation and non-environment pollution. Compared with colloctor-H_(205), using H_(316) can raise the production rate and recovery of the rare erath concentrate, decreae obviously the usage of Na_2SiO_3 and reduce the reagent cost 44. 22 YUAN of perton of the rare earth concentrate. The rare earth processing technology was further raised.
