摘 要:本研究利用醇盐水解法制备纳米级二氧化钛粉。采用正交设计法,探讨了操作条件及工程因素对反应的定量影响。筛选出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度33℃;原料配比为:钛酸了酯:乙醇:水:盐酸=1:9:3:0.28;反应器的高径比为2~3;加料速度适中。经TEM检测,可知颗粒粒度分布介于8~25um。X射线衍射分析结果表明:当热处理温度为500℃时,所有晶粒均为锐钛型,随温度升高,颗粒长大,800℃时,晶粒转变为金红石型。his paper introduces the preparation of nanometer-sized TiO2 powder byhydrolysis of alkoxides. The experiments were designed by orthogonalising method for many factors.The effects of the operating conditions and the engineering factors on the reaction are discussed. The optimal process conditions as follows: the reaction temperature is 33℃,the material mole ratio is Ti(OC4H9):C2H5OH: H2O:HCI= 1:9:3:0.28,the highdiameter ratio of the reactor is 2-3,the stirring rate is 450 revolutions per minute and the dipping rate is moderate.The examination of TEM shows that the particle she is in the range of 8-25urn. The results of X-ray diffraction show that the crystal structure of the products is anatase when the calcine is carried out at temperature below 500℃. With the increasing of calcining temperature, the crystal structure is changed. At 800℃,all powders are rutile.
