摘　　要：本文主要讨论在多台设备上加工的条件下，多种产品批量的确定方法，并运用ＯＰＴ对工厂生产能力的利用进行分析和评价。在此基础上，文中提出了一种在设备能力和劳动能力约束下，确定最优生产批量数学模型及相应的启发式算法。his paper describes the method of determinating batch size in a multi-product,multi-stage situation and presents an Optimized Production Technology(OPT)for capecity utilization.A heuristic model has been developed for modifying the optimal batch sizes in a manner such that machine hour and labour productivity constrains are not violated.The capacity utilization so determined will also suggest and identify the need for reduction of number of set-ups.
